IT’S THE SHIP, Asia’s largest festival at sea, is dropping a batship-crazy festival shipcation that’s all play, no pause. Hop aboard the Genting Dream for a 3D2N shipcation, where you’ll ship, slide, and dance into the ultimate playground party. This November, brace for non-stop DJ sets, cheeky theme parties, side activities, and more—because recess is for the restless!

IT’S THE SHIP Singapore 2025 will take place on board the prestigious floating resort at sea – The Genting Dream. Shipmates will delight in a new “integrated resort” experience with luxurious comforts, thrilling shows, and numerous dining options. This monster of a cruise line is one of the world’s largest, imagine 18 whole decks filled with swimming pools for days, a waterslide park and zip line that overlook the sea, a bowling alley, 3D movie theatre, a mini-golf course, as well as over 35 restaurant and bar concepts. Trust us, you’ll never get bored.

We’re all welcoming onboard, but you (and your baby’s!) safety is our first priority. You have to be less than 24 weeks into your pregnancy to be allowed onboard. 

Before sailing, please provide your doctor’s letter confirming:

a) The length of your pregnancy
b) You and your baby are in good condition to sail, and
c) That your pregnancy is not high-risk

Only the ‘Lead’ shipmate will be able to make payment for cabins on behalf of other shipmates in the same cabin.

The ‘Lead’ shipmate is the shipmate who places a reservation for a cabin onboard and is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for authorizing changes to the reservations and making payment.

IT’S THE SHIP Singapore easy instalment payment plan is only available until 30 September 2025 at 23:59 hrs (SST). The rate of your monthly instalment payments will be dependent on the time of purchase with final balance due no later than 25 October 2025, 23:59 hrs (SST). Example, if you purchase on June 28, 2025, you would be required to make the first payment at time of booking. Subsequently the balance will be split equally on the 25th of every month from July to October, 2025 being your last payment.

You will be required to login to your It’s The Ship account and make the required payment. If your reservation remains unpaid within 7 Days after the instalment due date of every month stated on your confirmation email, your reservation will be canceled and payments will NOT be refunded.

It shall remain the ‘Lead’ shipmates’ responsibility to ensure that the Cabin Fare is paid in full by all parties. In the case that a roommate defaults on payment, cancels their reservation or there is a dispute resulting in the desire to no longer room together, the ‘Lead’ shipmate shall be responsible for the full cabin fare and/or for finding a replacement roommate.

Best to set an alarm on your calendar for the 25th of every month for this!

You can cancel ON or BEFORE 15 August 2025, 23:59 hrs (SST) for a refund less administrative charges of USD300 per cabin. As of 16 August 2025, 00:00 hrs (SST) all monies paid (including your paid instalment) are non-refundable. 

There will be no refunds given for those who do not show up on time, unused tickets or after the Cruise has occurred. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASONS AFTER 16 August 16, 2025, 23:59 hrs (SST). 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with reason of cancellation and any supporting documentation via email  to info@itstheship.com

The shipmate who places a reservation for a cabin onboard is considered the cabin’s ‘Lead’ Shipmate and this shipmate is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for authorizing changes of the other shipmate(s) in the same cabin but not the ‘Lead’ shipmates Full Legal Name.  Cabin’s ‘Lead’ shipmate details are non-transferable or non-exchangeable after the booking have been submitted/recorded.

The ‘Lead’ shipmate can manage and make the changes by:

Step 1: Login to their It’s The Ship account

Step 2: Click My Account and Order History

Step 3: Click Edit shipmates from the reservation

Step 4: Make the changes on other shipmates

Step 5: Save and you are done!

During the reservation process, you can opt to provide shipmates details at a later date up until 2 months prior to sailing.  So, the cut-off date is 1 September 2025,  23:59 hrs (SST).  Your cabin number is subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the cruise line.

However, from September 2, 2025 00:00hrs (SST) if the ‘Lead’ shipmate would like to make changes once the details of shipmate(s) in the same cabin have been provided, an administration fee of USD300 per shipmate and/or per name will be chargeable.  No changes of any kind (names or cabin) will be accepted within one month of sailing date ie. October 15, 2025 @ 23:59 hrs (SST).

Yes, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any financial losses due to any unexpected cancellation and/or travel emergencies.

To change your payment plan dates, please email info@itstheship.com, before the start of each month.  All payment plan changes are subject to approval by IT’S THE SHIP.

Gratuities are mandatory fees. Gratuities are fees paid to the cruise staff for the cruises’ offerings and their services onboard.

Gratuities will be charged to your cabin’s account folios at the time of boarding.  Settlement is at the end of the cruise when shipmates settle their onboard expenses. Gratuities charges;

  • SGD54 per shipmate for Interior and Oceanview cabins 
  • SGD66 per shipmate for Balcony and Balcony Deluxe cabins 
  • SGD80 per shipmate for Suites and Penthouse (Palace Suite, Palace Deluxe Suite, Palace Deluxe Premium, Palace Penthouse and Palace Villa)

Sure!  We have allocated only twin-sharing INTERIOR cabin type for single travelers looking to be paired up.  Pairing will also only be done for same gender shipmates.  Please email info@itstheship.com to find out more!

All shipmates will require a valid passport.  Do ensure that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the completion of travel date (expiry date not earlier than 18 June 2026)

All shipmates must also present any relevant documentation/ VISA on embarkation for MULTIPLE ENTRY into Singapore. Kindly check with your local authorities on any travel documents/ VISA required.  All travel documents/ VISA must match your name on the cruise documents and passport.

Please make sure this is done, our hearts would break if we had to leave you behind.

No.  Water is available on IT’S THE SHIP Singapore, and bottled mineral water can be purchased onboard.

No. All alcoholic drinks will be confiscated by security at Singapore entry gateway during security clearance at embarkation. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased onboard IT’S THE SHIP Singapore for onboard consumption only. Duty free alcoholic beverages purchased onboard will be retained on IT’S THE SHIP Singapore till the end of the cruise.
Sure you can. Specific medication prescribed by a Medical Practitioner or medicine bought over the counter is allowed. However, we suggest that all medication is stored in its original bottles/tablet strips, along with respective prescription to avoid any confiscation by the Local Authority. We recommend your medication to be placed in your personal hand-carry luggage as it may take time for your check-in luggage(s) to be delivered to your cabin.

Unfortunately, NO.  It is for your own safety.  All shipmates must be deemed medically and physically fit for travel.  By booking this Cruise, you warrant that you, and those traveling with you, are physically fit to travel at the time of embarkation. 
The Centres for Disease Control and World Health Organisation have guidelines as to which vaccinations are required in each country.  Do check with your local health care professionals certified by WHO for guidance.  Livescape or Dream Cruises have the right to require the shipmate to produce medical certificates supporting the fitness to travel.  Where a shipmate is assessed as unfit to travel and refused embarkation then neither the Livescape or Dream Cruises has any liability to the shipmates.

Not to worry!  You may bring your own wheelchair, powered wheelchair or mobility device onboard IT’S THE SHIP, or rent one from an external vendor who will deliver it to the ship.  Just advise us in advance during booking or before 1 September, 2025, 23:59 hrs (SST) for us to allocate the specific wheelchair-accessible cabin for you. Special requests are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed.

You may notify LIVESCAPE at the time of booking on or before 1 September, 2025. 23:59 hrs (SST) of any disability, medical and/or physical condition that may require special assistance during the cruise.

You are allowed to bring a maximum of two (2) pieces of personal luggage onboard, each weighing a maximum of 23kg.  Any luggage exceeding the listed weight can be checked in at the check-in counter. But we highly recommend you to travel light!  

We know it’s rather impossible to travel light when we have a ton of themed parties, but try to simmer it down for these 3 days! 2 bags for 3 days should be enough for any fashionista, 1 bag of clothes and 1 bag of shoes! 😉

Unfortunately, there won’t be any pre-arranged transfers from the port and airport. You will need to make your own ground transportation arrangements.
Singapore is a small and vibrant city. The cruise centre is approximately 30 mins away from the city centre depending on traffic. Lots of accommodation options are available. You can choose to stay anywhere in Singapore you like! But, remember you need to be on time to check-in or risk missing the ship. You must check-in at Marina Bay Cruise Centre promptly BEFORE November 16, 2025, 18:00 hrs (SST).

IT’S THE SHIP is scheduled to set sail at 19:00 hrs (SST). You must check-in promptly BEFORE November 16, 2025, 16:00 hrs (SST) to avoid missing IT’S THE SHIP Singapore. It is recommended to come early.

We are scheduled to arrive back in Singapore on November 18, 2025, 10:00 hrs (SST). Disembarkation will only commence right after ship clearance is obtained from the local Authorities.

We have numerous fun side activities happening on board IT’S THE SHIP. The list of activities will be announced closer to sailing and you can choose to sign-up onboard 10 minutes before each activity. Sign-up are on a first come first serve basis only.  So be sure to do so before the start of each activity at the given location of each activity.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper is provided FREE at The Lido (except for special menu listed with additional cost). Meals are provided almost around the clock.

Payments will be made with your SeaPass card. These payments need to be settled during check-out by credit/debit card or cash in SGD (Singapore Dollar) currency.

Bill settlement can be made by:

    • Pre-link your credit card to your SeaPass card
  2. Quickypay via credit card using Dream Cruises App
    (Download this before coming on board)

If you do not wish to link your credit card, a maximum capped spending of SGD 2,000 will be placed on the SeaPass card. That means when spending has exceeded SGD 2,000, the card will be blocked until your bill is settled.

Remember: You can only collect your travel document once you have settled your bills.

No, there are no ATMs on the ship, so bring all your SGD cash with you or put it up on credit!

Yes, foreign currency exchange is available at the office and reception at the rate fixed by the cruise.

For the Insta-savvy ones, and those who can’t leave the ‘’world’’, not to worry! WIFI is available onboard and is subject to the following charges. From past experiences, we believe the best thing to do is get off the grid, you won’t know how liberating that is until you experience it.

Each cabin will have two (2) chinese three-pin sockets.  All remaining sockets will be Hong Kong (UK) sockets.  All cabins will also have USB ports at the side of the main bed. Bring an international adapter if you’re unsure.

Yes, there are safes in all cabins.
Yes it is! But if you’re still doubtful, get mineral water but, at your own cost!
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the cabins, even at the Balcony. There are designated smoking areas provided onboard IT’S THE SHIP Singapore. There will be a penalty if the smoking policy is not observed. So, look out for the signages.

Why do you need to use your phone anyway? You should enjoy the ongoing party on IT’S THE SHIP Singapore! Trust us when we say this! Try one day and you’ll know what we’re talking about – then you’re going to want to go mobile free the whole trip! 

Your mobile phone may operate at sea depending on the route of the cruise.  International voice and data roaming charges may apply.  Do contact your local cell service provider for details and rates.

Of course it is!  Dream Cruises is equipped with state of the art safety features, including lifeboats, rescue boats, marine evacuation systems and life rafts.  All Dream Cruises staff are well-trained to respond in emergencies.

There will also be mandatory safety muster drill prior to the ship’s departure for you to be well-versed with the safety procedures.  Oh, and we’ve got pool lifeguards too!

The music schedule and set times will be posted before we sail. It will also be made available in the ITS Singapore 2025 Guide which will be sent via eDM closer to the travel date.

Yes!  Our DJs will spend the entire 3-days with us. 

Unlike any land festivals, this is your chance to get to know your favourite DJ’s as you’ll probably be eating with them, getting a tan, or even partying with them.

Themed/Pop-up parties are one of IT’S THE SHIP’s most entertaining onboard events!  These are secret pop-up parties with a twist.
